The challenges faced by the early baby boomers and the lessons learned are reviewed in this interesting and interactive presentation by Louise Rothery, author of “Lest We Forget: A Salute to the Women Who Entered Corporate America Without a Road Map.” Ms. Rothery’s presentation gives a pat on the back to the early baby boomers, questions how far women have really come, and the passes the torch on to the new generation, pointing out that there is still work to be done.
