        • Memory Support & Alzheimer’s Care

          Individualized attention and updated techniques are used to meet those with memory loss, at whatever stage they are in. Memory support and Alzheimer’s care is also provided in our Adult Day Health Program, in our assisted livings and in our long-term memory care units.

        • Short-Term Rehab & Long-Term Care

          Short-term rehab is available when additional therapy or medication management post-hospital stay is needed, with the goal of returning to one’s home. For those needing permanent, extended care, we offer long-term care. Our long-term residences are among the top skilled nursing facilities, not only in Massachusetts, but throughout the entire country.

        • ALS, MS & Ventilator Care

          Far removed from a traditional nursing home, the Leonard Florence Center for Living allocates 50 rooms to individuals living with ALS, MS, and in need of ventilator care.

        • Legacy Lifecare VNA & Hospice

          Our VNA program provides in-home care for patients needing medical or therapy support, enabling them to remain in their own homes. Additionally, our end-of-life hospice care keeps individuals comfortable in a compassionate setting.

        • Adult Day Health

          A safe environment to allow caregiver respite and participant socialization and medical support when it is not yet time for a full time solution.
