LeadingAge Session Led by Barry Berman and Betsy Mullen Recognized Nationally!

Earlier this week Chelsea Jewish Lifecare CEO Barry Berman and COO Betsy Mullen presented a session at the LeadingAge Annual conference. More than 6,000 aging services professionals from 20+ countries came together to learn, connect, and create a lasting impact.

Mr. Berman’s and Mrs. Mullen’s session, aptly entitled Easily Implemented Strategies for Recruitment and Retention of a Healthcare Workforce, addressed the strategies for staff recruitment as well as the organization’s creative programs for retaining staff on a long-term basis. Their presentation was extremely well-received. As a result, McKnight Long-Term Living published an article about their session the day after the conference!
