Chelsea Jewish Lifecare’s “The Heart Behind the Stars” Series Celebrates the People Behind Exceptional Care
At the heart of every exceptional senior living community are the people who show up each day with compassion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
Chelsea Jewish Lifecare and its Legacy Lifecare affiliate communities recently launched The Heart Behind the Stars, a new video series that shines a spotlight on the employees who bring that spirit of care to life every day.
Featuring unscripted conversations with team members from across the organization’s family of communities, the series offers an authentic glimpse into the people behind the care. Rather than traditional testimonials, the videos capture employees in their own words as they share what inspires them, the relationships they’ve built with residents and families, and what it means to be part of a community dedicated to caring for others.
“We wanted to showcase the extraordinary people who are the foundation of everything we do,” said Amy Sanders, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Chelsea Jewish Lifecare and Legacy Lifecare. “Every day, our employees build meaningful relationships with residents and families through compassion, respect, and exceptional care. The Heart Behind the Stars gives them the opportunity to tell their own stories—in their own words. The result is authentic, inspiring, and a true reflection of who we are.
The inaugural video features team members from Chelsea Jewish Lifecare’s Peabody Campus, offering viewers an inside look at the teamwork, compassion, and commitment that help create a meaningful resident experience. The story also reflects the shared philosophy of caring embraced throughout Legacy Lifecare’s affiliated communities.”
Future installments will introduce viewers to employees from additional campuses and explore the many people and programs that make these communities special, including clinical excellence, innovative programs, community initiatives, employee recognition, and organizational milestones.

The videos are being shared on individual campus websites and Legacy Lifecare’s social media channels, giving residents and families, current employees, and community members an authentic look at the people who make each community unique.
