The congratulatory event recognized 44 employees of the Leonard Florence Center for Living, a skilled nursing residence operated by the nonprofit Chelsea Jewish Lifecare.
Amid speeches, laughter, and a celebratory dinner, honorees were applauded for their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering devotion to residents and their families. Employees were recognized for milestone anniversaries of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service – a true testament to the strong culture of commitment at the community.

In a heartfelt speech, Adam Ernst, Executive Director of the Leonard Florence Center for Living, thanked Gladys for her time and effort in making the event so special for all the employees. “Gladys planned tonight’s entire event,” said Ernst. “She never fails to go above and beyond with every task thrown her way.
