Winter Wellness Health Presentation

Join us for an informative and engaging Winter Wellness presentation led by a Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) health professional. This session will focus on staying healthy, safe, and well during the winter months. Topics may include preventing seasonal illnesses, managing chronic conditions in colder weather, fall prevention, proper nutrition and hydration, and knowing when to seek medical care. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical tips to support overall well-being throughout the winter season.

Meet Jennifer Ferringo, Legacy Lifecare VNA & Out-Patient Therapy’s Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant & Community Liaison

Jennifer has over 30 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. During her time with Legacy Lifecare, she has worked at Katzman Center for Living, Leonard Florence Center for Living, Cohen Florence Levine Estates Assisted Living, Florence & Chafetz Memory Care Assisted Living and most recently at Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice. Jennifer has greatly enjoyed working with the geriatric population within our sister communities. She has quickly taken an active role by assisting several Kaplan Estates residents with VNA services. She looks forward to the opportunity to connect with each of you!
