Recruiter I | Legacy Lifecare
$18.00 – $20.00/hour, based on experience
Part-Time | 25hrs per week

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Support the recruitment process for assigned positions, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate outreach, and coordinating interviews.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process, provide timely updates, and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist hiring managers with interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and maintaining progress on open positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to help attract qualified candidates and promote employment opportunities.

Qualifications for Success:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong desire to grow professionally in the field of recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and expand knowledge of recruiting practices, employment laws, and industry standards.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
