Nurse Supervisor – RN | Leonard Florence Center for Living
$95,000 – $115,000/annually, based on experience
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time, 3:00PM – 11:00PM, rotating weekends and holidays

• Provide leadership and supervision to the care team, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise
• Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
