In Person Visitation Guidelines (for Non-Vaccinated Residents and Visitors) In-Resident Room & In-Apartment Family Visitation Guidelines

We are pleased to offer our families the ability to directly schedule family time with our residents. In order to ensure that all families have the opportunity to connect, we ask that you be considerate when booking appointments and limit scheduling to 1 future appointment at a time. We will continue to monitor and adjust schedules to best meet the demand.

Please note that in-room visits for fully vaccinated residents and visitors no longer need to be scheduled online in advance.

For more instructions about your appointment, look for a confirmation email from Legacy Lifecare (Chelsea Jewish Lifecare, JGS Lifecare, and Deutsches Altenheim) after you submit your information.
